World Forestry Center is looking for and Architect and CM/GC team to lead the design and preconstruction of the Phase 1 of the Campus Refresh. Please find the RFP and associated Exhibits at the links below.
Please be advised that your proposal should be no more than 10 pages. No design work is required. The RFP has been updated as of February 6th to reflect this.

RFP Questions Deadline: February 12, 5pm PST
RFP Responses Due: February 20, 5pm PST
Shortlist Interviews: March 11, 2026 Morning PST, times TBD
Consultant Selection: March 13, end of day
